Over the last few years, I’ve carved out a niche helping early-stage startups take shape. At Brace, a platform designed to support homeowners through financial hardship, I led the products end-to-end and created the design system. After we were acquired by Stavvy, I kept things moving—evolving internal tools and aligning solutions across teams.

Most recently, I helped kick off OLarry, a startup focused on tax services, where I managed design for both the consumer and internal applications, built a central tool for organization-wide communication, and crafted an AI-powered feature streamlining the user journey.

Partnered with the Stavvy design team to gain and distribute knowledge of the differing design infrastructures to simplify the alignment between two systems

Shared a repository of documentation covering the Servicing team’s design system and artifacts

Coordinated with engineering teams, PMs, and designers through a comprehensive analysis to consolidate and migrate key components, improving maintenance which resulted in 30% fewer components
